World Heritage Festival Vendor Application


Vendors at the World Heritage Festival Bike Tour de las Misiones and Mission Pachanga are able to be a part of a historic event that celebrates our San Antonio Missions!

World Heritage Festival Bike Tour de las Misiones will be held at Mission Park Pavilions, located at 6030 Padre Drive from 8am to 3pm. The events will bring together members of the community to participate in a leisurely ride ranging from a 7- to 22-mile routes stopping at each mission. Afterward, guests are invited to stay at Mission Park Pavilions for the Mission Pachanga from 9am to 5pm. The Pachanga will feature live music, entertainment, and food truck vendors and will reflect the culture and spirit of our city’s unique history!


Vendor Fees


Craftsman/Artisan - $75

  • 10x10 Space (display and sell handmade crafts, prints, jewelry, etc.)

Non-Profit/Community Partner - $100

  • 10x10 Space (distribute informational materials)

Festival Food Vendor - $200

  • 10x10 Space

Business Partner/Branding & Sampling - $500

  • 10x10 Space with banner placement (branding & sampling)

Setup and Breakdown


We request that all sponsors and vendors be setup by 8:30 a.m. for when riders and walkers begin to arrive.

Participants are responsible for providing their own 10x10 tents/canopies. Tables and chairs will be available the morning of the event if requested in advance.

At least one 6ft. table and two chairs can be reserved for each participant with advance notice, although setup is the responsibility of the participant. Banners, linens and/or table covers will not be provided; participants are encouraged to bring their own.

You will be assigned your 10x10 spaces and sent an information packet closer to the Festival.

Vendors selling any item(s), especially food, is responsible for meeting City health and fire codes. Please notify me if you need a copy of the codes.
